¼ tsp Hing
Currygram Chettinad Masala
Boil some water, add slit green chillies, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tsp salt and 500g of chaap. Let it boil until soft.
Cut them diagonally and fry them in hot oil.
Now take a pan, and add some oil along with jeera/cumin, slit green chili, and curry leaves. Once they start cracking, add Currygram Chettinad Masala along with some water and let it cook.
Once it comes to a boil, add the fried chaap, mix well, top with some fresh coriander and it’s ready!
