There's no need to go out when you can make Chicken Bhuna Masala better at home! You must try this easy and delectable curry if you are looking for an aromatic golden chicken piece soaked in a delicious curry sauce. Enjoy it with naan, roti or with hot rice!
Chicken Bhuna Masala
Clean the chicken thoroughly. You can use bone or bone-less according to your preference.
Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, curd and salt to taste.
Keep the chicken aside for a minimum of half an hour.
Next, take a wok and add the Currygram’s Bhuna Masala
If the sauce appears to be thick, add some lukewarm water and allow it to simmer.
Then, add the marinated chicken into the Kadai and give it a good mix.
Close the lid and let it simmer for another 5-10mins
Garnish it with some coriander leaves and serve with naan or roti.
