Ingredients
Onions
Bell peppers
Sweet Corn
Beans

Currygram Biryani Paste
Rice
Breadcrumbs
Cornstarch
Directions
Heat Oil in a pan. Add in the Currygram Biryani Paste and cook it for about 2-3 minutes.
Then add in the Veggies you have at hand (I added Onion, Beans, Bell pepper, and sweet corn). Cook on low flame for a few minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down.
Now, add in the Leftover rice, along with Breadcrumbs and Cornstarch and mix into a dough.
Divide the dough into balls. Roll each ball in dry refined flour first, then dip in Cornstarch & Maida Slurry and lastly coat in Breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate the balls for about 15-20 minutes.
Then fry/Bake/Airfryer as per your wish.
Also, for the Cornstarch & Maida Slurry, mix together 2 tbsp of Cornstarch with 2 tbsp of Maida and water to make a thin slurry. You can also add Salt, red chili powder and black pepper into it.
