Paneer Bhuna Masala
Tofu or paneer-100 gms
3 Tbsp of Bhuna Masala Gravy
Salt 3 gms or to taste.
3tbsp Cashew cream or fresh cream
3gms-red chilli powder
1/2 tsp-dhania powder
Heat a pan and add the Currygram bhuna masala along with 1/4 cup of water. Let it simmer for a minute
Add all the dry spices (red chilli powder, dhania powder, salt) and cashew cream or fresh cream. Stir well and add tofu or paneer slices. Let it cook for a while. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati
