Veg Bhuna Masala
Despite its unassuming appearance, this Veg Bhuna Masala is brimming with flavors! Comforting, healthy, and hearty, this curry is bursting with aroma and authentic taste! Loaded with tons of vegetables, this dish makes a great meal. Serve it hot with phulkas and salad for a comforting meal.
Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
Next, peel and deseed butternut squash and chop into small cubes.
Lay the pieces on a baking sheet, spray with 2 tablespoons olive oil and cook for 30 minutes.
Now it's time to prep your vegetables.
Slice tomatoes in half and quarter them. Wash your spinach and add any other veggies you prefer.
Now heat a large frying pan on medium heat.
Add the Currygram’s Bhuna Masala to the pre-heated Kadai. If the sauce needs to be thinner, add warm water and stir gently.
Add the veggies to the ready to use sauce and give it a good stir.
Serve with naan/ rice and raita. It’s that simple.
