Ingredients
Spinach puree - 2/3 cup

Currygram Chettinad masala
Meat
Salt 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Water- up to 1 cup
Green cardamom powder a pinch
Vegan Ghee- 1 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Method to make Spinach Puree
Boil water 2 cups and add 1 big bunch of chopped spinach. Let it boil for about 2 minutes max.
Discard water and strain. Once in room temp. Make puree in a blender
Method
Heat a pan and add Currygram Chettinad masala and sauté for about 2-3 minutes on medium heat
Once it starts to dry out, add spinach puree, meat, spices, and simmer for about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle cardamom powder and add ghee. Mix well. Serve it with steamed rice or freshly made chapatis.
