Directions
Clean the mushroom ( button or shiitake) and slice it thinly
Preheat the pan on medium-low heat and add some oil along with the sliced mushrooms
Saute the mushrooms on medium to high heat till the mushrooms leave all the water
Once the mushrooms shrink, add ⅛ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp coriander powder and ½ Kashmiri red chilli powder
To this add Currygram's Makhani Masala and stir all the ingredients gently
Voila, mushroom makhani masala is ready. Pair it with naans or even rice
