Aloo Matar with Bhuna Masala
2 cups steamed potato cubes
2 cups frozen peas (for fresh peas, steam them first)
Chopped green chillies in length 3 to 4
150 gms bhuna masala gravy
1 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
Heat a pan and add the Bhuna masala gravy. Sauté for about a minute and then add peas, potatoes and green chillies in it. Cook on high flame
Add water if needed. Let it boil and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on a low flame. Taste and add salt if necessary. Garnish with green coriander. Serve hot with Chapatis.
