Ingredients
600 g Mutton With bones
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Curd
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp Fresh coriander Chopped

2 Ladles bhuna masala
Directions
In a pressure cooker, pour the Bhuna Masala Gravy and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add mutton and cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and salt to taste in the cooker. Put on the lid of the pressure cooker and cook till mutton is almost done
Remove the cooker from heat and let it cool. Remove the lid of the pressure cooker and add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to the mutton. Cover with a regular lid and cook on low flame till oil (fat from mutton and curd) separates and masala is golden brown.
Add garam masala powder and fresh coriander leaves and mix well. Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
