Wash and cook Basmati rice upto 80% and keep it aside. Clean and dice the chicken pieces as per your preference.
- Slice onions and fry them until golden brown.
Add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add Currygram’s Biryani Paste to it. Cook well and add water if needed. Stir gently.
Add the chicken to the paste and cook properly. Once cooked, layer it with rice, mint lives, fried onions and saffron strands.
The Biryani is ready to serve with Raita and Papad.
