Veg Makhanwala is a creamy, buttery, rich curry that is loaded with vegetables. A simple paratha or rice with this dish will make a great meal for a wholesome dinner at home with your family.
1 cup chopped mix veggies of your choice ( Cauliflower, potatoes, peas)
1.5 ladle Currygram Makhani gravy
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
Heat a pan and pour the Currygram Makhani gravy. Add the chopped mixed vegetables to it.
Add water if needed and let it simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Adjust salt and chilli powder as per your taste. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan.
