Ingredients
40 gms of fresh methi leaves- washed and finely chopped
- 1 cup Green Peas
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
- salt to taste
- Red chilli powder (1/4 tsp, optional if want it spicy)
- 1 1/2 ladle readymade makhani gravy
- julienne ginger and coriander leaves for garnish
- pinch of green cardamom powder
- 2 slit green chillies

Currygram Makhani Masala
1 cup diced cottage cheese
Directions
Heat the pan and sauté methi leaves till the water dries out.
Then add green peas along with cottage cheese to makhani gravy and 1 cup water.
Simmer for about 10-12 minutes and adjust salt and chilli powder. Turn off the heat.
Garnish the dish with julienne ginger, cardamom powder and fresh coriander. Your Matar Paneer Makhani is ready to serve and savour.
