3 Easy steps to make your Udupi Sambar -
Sauté 250 gm vegetables of your choice with 2 Tbsp of & little salt.
Once cooked, add the entire content of sambar from pouch in pan. Mix well. Add water as per your desired consistency (around 200 ml)
Heat on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes and the delicious Udupi Sambar is ready to serve and savour.
